10/29 update - email from Megan and Marian- this event has been moved to the 2nd floor auditorium and promenade, go ahead given for snack, bags will have mug and sticker and snacks (consider gluten, nut, vegan); group will split between 2nd floor aud, 6th floor vis wall, 8th floor vis wall and finish on promenade
