Title: Reconstruction of the visual neurons in the brain of the mini wasp M. amalphitanum (sample 1) 

Description: We have been working on reconstructing the neurons in the optic lobe of the mini wasp Megaphragma amalphitanum. In the last few months, we have traced and annotated neurons in the medulla neuropil receiving inputs from the lamina monopolar cells (LMCs) and long photoreceptors that were previously reconstructed. Here I present the identified neurons and neuropil substructures revealed by neuron reconstruction, as well as the strategy for neuron and synapse proofreading.
