Description:  Building inclusive research groups is imperative to incorporating a diverse range of ideas and expertise into scientific work. In this panel, a group of scientists with experience in building inclusive research groups will discuss topics including best practices in group selection processes, onboarding group members, leading participatory group meetings and discussions, and more.
