Bob Carpenter will provide an overview of two applications he's currently working on:
(a) crowdsourced data annotation and diagnostic testing

(b) isoform expression form RNA-seq data. Time permitting, he can also go
over a neat sensitivity and specificity meta-analysis combining a
handful of studies on the coronavirus infection rate testing in Stan.
