Workshop on Statistical and Algorithmic Challenges in Microbiome Data Analysis
The meeting will gather a small group of respected developers of computational and statistical methods in this and related fields, not only to discuss the current leading edge of research but also to synthesize ideas for new directions to be explored. To support meaningful discussions, we want to avoid presentations of broad overviews aimed at a lay audience. Instead, we are encouraging deeply focused, method-rich talks that dissect the rationale behind mathematical and computational methods developed for meta-genomics data analysis.
