Topic:  Neural radiance field and its application on CryoET

Abstract: Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) is a state-of-the-art method that generates novel views of complex scenes by optimizing an underlying continuous volumetric scene function using a sparse set of input views. In this talk, I will introduce the general concept of Neural Field/NeRF and how this computer graphics-based model is applied to the 3D reconstruction of cryogenic electron-tomography.
