SynGO2 Annual Meeting

America/New_York
Description

Dear SynGO2 consortium members and invited speakers,

We are grateful that you have agreed to participate in this effort to bring together geneticists and molecular biologists to accelerate research into Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other synaptopathies. The knowledgebase that is being built will help us to get a systematic overview of the current state of knowledge and help guide us to ask the best follow-up questions for further research.

As mentioned, we will meet with the consortium members on October 12th in the afternoon to discuss what we have accomplished so far, and what the necessary next steps and task division should be. Following the discussions we will have a social dinner where we will be joined by all the meeting attendants and speakers. On October 13th we will then have a full day of inspiring lectures both by experienced consortium members and more upcoming scientists, as well as perspectives from leading geneticists in the field that will give us an indication of the things that can be done with the fruits of our labor.

Thank you again for your contribution to the efforts, we look forward to meeting everyone in person so that we can exchange thoughts and ideas!

Best regards,
Guus and Matthijs
