As part of the Simons Foundation mission to promote excellence in science, we are committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the foundation and the broader scientific community, our definition of diversity includes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. LGBTQ+ community members and allies at the foundation are invited to gather on the 160 roof from 4:00-7:30 PM for a National Coming Out Day Reception to meet and network with other members of the SF LGBTQ+ community. Sign-up sheets for an LGBTQ+ interest meeting and for future events will also be available.
