This summer, the Biophysical Modeling Group of the Center for Computational Biology is holding a multi-week workshop to showcase and teach in house developed software packages. These are powerful computational tools such as aLENS, SkellySim, Dedalus, etc. capable of modeling various biological phenomena from genome packing to cytoskeleton self-organization to bacteria community growth.

Sessions include a combination of interactive tutorials and presentations of current projects using the software. People of all levels of scientific software experience are welcome. The focus will be on acquainting participants with how to run, analyze, visualize, and quickly troubleshoot simulations.
