Topic: Extending CryoEM Capabilities: A Proposal to Explore Advanced NeRF Variants

Abstract: This talk presents a proposal that builds on preliminary work using Instant NGP and a lighter version of dynamic NeRF, aiming to further explore and integrate advanced variants of Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) into Cryo-Electron Microscopy (CryoEM). The proposal outlines a forward-looking approach to enhance joint pose estimation, achieve high-resolution rendering, and handle dynamic scenes with greater efficiency. By delving into cutting-edge NeRF technologies, we seek to significantly expand the analytical capabilities of CryoEM, offering deeper insights and improved visualization of complex molecular structures.
