Poster Session
Location: 2nd Floor, Promenade, Simons Foundation (160 Fifth Avenue).
To complement the usual range of oral presentations at the meeting, we will also include a limited number of poster presentations. 20 posters will be set up on the promenade outside the auditorium during cocktail hour on Tuesday evening and there will be an ample opportunity for authors and attendees to discuss.
Please let us know if you are interested in presenting a poster at the meeting by sending a title and abstract by Friday, March 4th via the following Google Form. We will inform you shortly thereafter if your poster has been selected. We will prioritize posters from those who are not making oral presentations, especially those whose awards have been in progress for a year or more.
Poster can be either vertical or horizontal and should not exceed 3ft X 4ft OR 36"x 48"
