All circled locations on the map are about a 10 minute walk from each other. Parking on both Friday and Saturday will be in the North Garage, as marked on the map.
HANDICAP PARKING: If anyone needs handicapped/disability parking please let us know by OCTOBER 20th. We can obtain a spot in one of the lots right across from Peyton Hall, but advance notice is required! You will need a handicapped license plate or hang tag.
The Friday and Saturday talks will take place in the Department of Astrophysical Sciences, Peyton Hall, as marked on the map.
- On Friday, cars should be able to drop off in front of Peyton Hall (i.e. for attendees arriving via Uber/Lyft/cab) or park in the North Garage for those driving themselves.
- On Saturday, due to a football game, it's best for attendees to be dropped off at the corner of Washington Rd and Ivy Lane. Parking in North Garage is still available for those driving themselves. Please allow ample time for arrival on Saturday as the game and pre-game festivities may cause other delays due to road closures.
The dinner on Friday night will be at Prospect House.
- There is no parking at Prospect House. If handicapped parking in needed we can try to obtain a space, but there is no guarantee. Please let us know by OCTOBER 20th if a handicap stop is needed for dinner. We can also arrange to have you dropped off in front of the building, but advance notice is required to notify campus security.
We look forward to seeing you all next week!
