Please check in with security upon arrival; you will need to show a photo ID and the responses to our health questionnaire for entry into the building.

You must also show proof of being fully vaccinated (14 days post final dose of a WHO approved vaccine). Acceptable forms of proof are your physical vaccination card, an image of your vaccination card, or the Excelsior Pass App (NYS residents only).

You will be given a wearable contact tracing tag to ensure social distancing and will allow us to notify you should someone you were in close contact with inform us that they received a positive COVID test result. Please return the tag to security when you leave Simons Foundation after the event.

The entrance to both the Simons Foundation (160 Fifth Ave) and Flatiron Institute (162 Fifth Ave) are located around the corner of 21st St. (see photo below).
The talks will be located on the second floor of 160 Fifth Ave.
The dinner will be location on the 11th floor of 162 Fifth Ave.
