The Simons Foundation supports a safe and welcoming community for all participants at all events, including attendees, speakers, exhibitors, researchers, staff members, contractors, and any other associated parties. Everyone who attends or is associated with the Simons Searchlight 2022 Family & Research Conference must agree to maintain a professional demeanor while attending the Simons Searchlight meeting, including refraining from behavior toward other Simons Searchlight meeting attendees, Simons Foundation, or Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor staff that is offensive or inappropriate. This code of conduct extends to all events (whether in-person or virtual) related to the meeting, including but not limited to Simons Foundation-sponsored events.
